He is a serial entrepreneur, brand visibility consultant, public safety specialist, and author with more than fifteen years of professional and business experience across diverse industries.

As Group Leader of the strategic business team, he provides the direction and foresight that guide Buchane Services Group in its three focus sectors: Safety, Media (Advertising and Marketing Communications), and Projects (multi-sectoral development). His leadership is shaped by creativity, business insight, and a strong belief in community-driven growth.

Chief (Sir) Luke is the author of Public Safety Through Strategic Partnership (Second Edition, 2025), a book that reflects his deep passion for building safer communities through collaboration and innovation. Decorated as a Knight of St. John International (KSJI) and honored with the traditional title of Ezechidere of Orji-Amokwe, he is widely respected for his ability to build partnerships, mentor professionals, and turn ideas into meaningful results.
